Introducing our latest addition - a stunning, upright, look-at-me colt with exceptional breeding.  He will be the icing on the cake for Firefly Stud and was specifically chosen for the above attributes but above all, he is conformationally correct. 

Yoshi, as we affectionately call him, has made his show debut and is currently in the capable hands of Carl Hodgson and Kat Harper, Empressable Training Centre after having been show trained to perfection by my great friend, Helen Briggs - Alchemy Miniature Horses.  Thank you to my team who have had such a positive input into our spectacular colt.  A big thank you to Nicole Kelly - Sapphire Park Stud - for showing Yoshi for Supreme Miniature Exhibit at Qld Foal Futurities.  Great result!!

Yoshi's first show was a huge one and we are so proud of his results listed below:

IMHR Nationals Colt Foal/Weanling 28-30" - 3rd place (16 in class)

IMHR Nationals Classic Trot - 7th place (24 in class)

IMHR Nationals Colt Foal/Weanling 28-30" - Top 7 placing (16 in class)

IMHR Miniature Classic Foal/Weanling 28-30" - Top 7 placing (23 in class)

Onslow, as he is affectionately known, is our stallion from the 2010 year onwards.  From the moment we set eyes on him as a new born foal, we knew we had found our future stallion.   His conformation, refinement, movement, temperament is exceptional and we can only dream as to the type of horses that will be produced, in the future, from this stunning boy.  He may also be carrying the pinto gene and will be tested at a later date to confirm.
